Described as the new Carnaby Gateway, 72 Broadwick Street will be a mixed use refurbishment project, involving concise communication with UKPN to develop over an existing sub-station.

In June 2019, Rolfe Judd secured planning permission on behalf of Shaftesbury PLC, to create a mixed use space

Working alongside Well Known Architects Buckley Grey Yeoman and DeConstructUK, we will be delivering a development containing a mix of office, retail and a gym.

The consented proposal for the six storey plus basement of 72 Broadwick Street, will retain the mixed uses in the development, including a top floor of penthouse apartments overlooking the popular streets of SoHo.
